banned from cb didnt stream

Please help me resolve the issue - my friend model back in 2021 added my passport data on her account and after a while she got banned for some reason. She was able to just create a new account recently as the ban was lifted for her and it wasnt a permaban. But when I upload my passport it shows that im perma banned from the chaturbate even thought I havent even streamed. The model got a new accoount and Im not sure if I should resolve it through her email or create my own ticket for support. Please advise me on what should I do?

In general, if a model got blocked, but you didn’t participate in it in any way (didn’t broadcast with her), it shouldn’t concern you. despite the fact that your data has been uploaded to her account.
Perhaps your blocking may be related to some other violation? Or did you not have a personal account before?(broadcast, or user)

I did stream back in 2019 in a studio but I didnt violate anything and just left the studio. After that we uploaded my ID to her acc and it wasnt banned, I think we added it cos I helped her to withdraw money. So I wasnt banned before it as I was able to add my docs to her acc, it was with her account ban my ID got banned somehow too
