Banned for something I have never heard of. Help!

I recently created an account on Chaturbate. Within a couple days it was banned. I was so confused, but I just decided to create a new one. It worked. Two says later, banned. I am on my third customer account. It was going great (name of Muscleover). It got banned today. Finally, I wrote in and received a message I see others get her:

As provided in the Chaturbate terms of service, which you agreed to when creating your accounts, users are prohibited from using any automated (or semi-automated) means to unfairly enhance an account. This includes creating a false impression of traffic to any chatroom. We have terminated your accounts for violation of this policy and, accordingly, these accounts are not eligible for a refund of any purchases made. We trust this is responsive to your inquiry.

I am a customer, why would I want to enhance an account. I don't even know what that means, nor do I have any idea as to how you would do that. Can someone help me understand what is going on? All I have done with this account is create it, buy some tokes and tip. The only think that maybe is different is sometimes I use a VPN when I go into rooms, sometimes I do not?? But that shouldn't matter.

Help... please.

Also, if you can let me know how to avoid this in the future, that would be great. I do not l ike my screen name, but I am scared to create a new one to only get it get banned again.

Another thing I was thinking, I live in a large apartment complex. Everyone uses the same internet. We all have the same external IP. Maybe someone is doing something in another apartment. What can I do to not be effected by that?

it means they think you are creating many accounts from different locations to make certain rooms seem popular, so making new accounts after being banned is not helping the situation. You have to ask to be unbanned, but you've made it harder...

ok, I get that. but I guess the location thing is from my VPN choosing different cities. maybe I shouldn't use my VPN. is there anyway to explain that I was not aware that I was even doing this and hopefully they will unban me?

Delete all the cb cookies and make new accounts as they link all your accounts. Try to refresh your router and force a NEW ip as well. If you need to run multiple name try using a different browser per account.

and still support does nothing, straight up fraud! and this loop has been playing out in different name since at least last year.

Why is it so many models have isssue with being banned without reason, yet these colombian accounts can play loops with nothing ever done?

Why is nothing done about the 2 account posted above that are playing out the same LOOP, a loop which has been played out on the trans page since LAST YEAR under multiple different names?Is it really too hard to monitor these accounts. Its also noted that after playing these loops and scamming in many cases thousand of tokens they then finish and lock the room into password mode.

looks like the VPN you use has also been getting used for sending bot traffic to models rooms, so the issue isnt necessarily with your account but with the IP address you used to log into the account which is what got the account banned.
