banned account

I streamed on chaturabte from 2016year. I had 40k+ followers.
My account has been banned for: 'Recently, we were alerted you may be seeking content in serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms, including content containing minors.
As you are aware, the violation at issue was participating in underage roleplay. After review, it was again confirmed that you meaningfully engaged in underage roleplay with another adult individual in serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms. Chaturbate's public and internal policies are very clear that the immediate permanent ban of all individuals involved is the only outcome. Be assured that person, despite being over the age of 18, was also permanently banned from the platform.
For all of these reasons, your appeal for the removal of your permanent ban is denied.'

I have never sought content that seriously violates Chaturbate's Terms of Service, including content containing content of minors. Maybe once i answered someone who pretended to be minor(and doesnt now its no legal to just answer).
Chaturbate support does not respond to my emails now.
Is any chance to unban my account? Or maybe possibility to open new one(now i can't open new account). I don't want to stream on other platform, i think chaturbate is the best for now.

Hi,
Discussing minors in any way, what-so-ever, with anyone else on CB is a ban-able offense. Please see Appendix-c, section 2, subsection iv where it is expressly written that "this limitation includes, by way of example only, the offering, role play,and/or discussion of minors."

Yeah, now i know it, but before i have no idea that i can be banned just for one reply, after almost 8 years streaming - just banned without any warning i think is not right.

What's not right is that you agreed to their TOS without actually familiarizing yourself with them.

Lemming defence. Everybody also whines because they get banned for obvious common sense stuff so maybe everyone can stop complaining to get their account unbanned, if "everyone" is gonna use the excuse that they didn't read rules because " no one else did". Not roleplaying minors/ pedo baiting is just common fucking sense.

I've read them many times. It's how I keep my friends/clients safe on CB. It's how I was able to quote the exact line that you violated. It's important to read these things before giving in to your eagerness to get started. Nudity is exciting, but understanding the rules is paramount.
