Banned Account

@punker barbie I'm hoping you can help. I was finishing up a long chat with a model that I visit frequently. As I was getting ready to logoff, I got a notice the chat was disconnected then I was sent the "Account Banned" page.

I have gone through the TOS in detail and don't understand what I could have done to get banned. I did send an email to support but I don't know how long that will take to get answered.
