Banned account issues, [Chaturbate] 18013306

@punker barbie Thank you for being here. Hoping you can resolve an issue. Been on Chaturbate as a model for a couple years now and was asked to update my age verification. After doing so the response I got was "This person is already age verified on your account. If you are replacing an existing ID, please contact support." I have contacted support to help as I am replacing an existing ID but haven't received any response and now my account has been banned due to missing the timeframe to update my account. If you could please help in updating everything that'd be great! This is the latest email ref number however I have sent a few emails over the past few weeks to resolve this: [Chaturbate] 18013306

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @punker barbie unfortunately my account is still banned and I've now received an email saying I'm banned due to a violation of terms of service. This is different from the initial banned of just needing update my age verification documents. Not sure if there is a mix up. Could you or support please inform me of what this violation is so I know and can acknowledge not to do it again. Not really sure where to go from here. As far as I know I haven't breached any terms of service as I've been broadcasting for years without issues.

@punker barbie Hey my account has been banned again on chaturbate. I got some warning messages about other payments but once again im earning tokens. flags seem to pop up when other people ask me about payment methods. I have sent chaturbate a message again and hoping they with reinstate. My code on there is 18319639. could you please help me out and how do I avoid this happening again? im really confused to as when people ask me for off site payments I get flagged for it >

My account on Chaturbate was banned, the support asked me to confirm that I understand the rules and I replied, but my profile is still banned and they don't reply anymore.... Can you please help? hi! we are a Colombia studio. here work around 50 models from venezuela work. The day I created the studio account, I asked how I could do to verify that my models did not have a passport. chaturbate answered me that by means of driver's licenses I could do. The first model was accepted without problem with their respective driver's license, but then, when I asked for approval for another 4 models, they told me they needed a passport. I understand all the problems with the Venezuelan documentation, but we are willing to send digital certifications issued by the government for each of our models if this is acceptable in order to accept our models. I do not know what to do. I'm pulling the hair out of my head Please can you help me or guide me?
