I did read the rules of Chaturbate and I completely agree with the zero tolerance to any form of sexual abuse of minors. I broadcasted for two months when my account was banned because I mentioned my age when I did masturbate for the first time. It was under 18. I didn't realized that my own experience from my own childhood, which definitely was not a sexual abuse of minors, can be found as inappropriate. Yes it was a stupid mistake and I want not to repeat it again. But is it a really a sufficient reason for my complete ban to the entire Chaturbate platform? Is there any chance to be my account restored?

The problem is, that I didn't realized why my account was banned at first. I mentioned that problematic thing only as a an illustration how long my experience with masturbation is. No user's request, no pretending to be minor, just a chronological data. And still I am not sure whether it was the real reason for my ban. I can only guess, because that is the only problematic thing I know about and it occurred minutes before the ban. I asked Chaturbate support why my account was banned. They didn't say me what the reason was. They only told me I broke the rule against abuse of minors, confirmed the ban and since then they don't communicate.

I understand. They want not to be a bay for paedophiles in cb. And I completely agree. But there is a slogan "Explore your sexuality" used by cb as well. I made a beginner's mistake I spoke about myself too openly. But I do not feel myself as a paedophile for this mistake. Be sure I will never repeat such mistake again. Thus I feel my complete ban from cb platform without any possibility even to create a new account there as highly injust. I know about other cb users who did promised not to repeat such mistake and they did get their accounts back. I am sure the context should be considered in this case as well.

Same reason I got banned here! Only I never cammed as minor or did anything with minors. I do know someone asked when we first had sex (me and my bf) and my bf replied with the truth. Fyi, your cam persona should simply not exist for any member before the age of 18. Your real person does obviously, but when you go into an adult alter ego on adult sites, nothing happens before age 18. Members jerk off to fantasy already and if you talk about when you first started anything sexual, they'll be jerking off to underage you fantasies. I understand the difference between the role I play in front of camera and my personal life. I find unjust that my beginner's mistake which I made after only two months of camming leads to a complete elimination of my credit cards from cb platform. In such case I would understand for example a month ban, followed by a complete ban when such behaviour is repeated.

That is the reason why context should be considered. This case should be judged by human beings and not left over to any form of AI. Zero tolerance to abuse of minors yes. My case is a beginner's mistake and definitely wasn't felt as an abuse of minors. I understand why my account was banned now. But a permanent ban from the entire cb platform in this case is counterproductive.

I shut down a guy yesterday who said when he was 30 he looked 16. He got the full riot act on that one and acted like I was the one with the problem.

Again. The problem is that I acted believing I do obey the rules. I am not a minor, I did not pretend to be a minor, I did not upload any image of a minor to the site. I mentioned my own experience which definitely was not an abuse of minors only as a time stamp to illustrate how long my experience with masturbation is now, when I'm adult. I did not intend to discuss that my experience mentioned any further and nobody in the room did as well. The subject of discussion was different. I didn't realized I did anything which was in conflict with the terms and conditions valid at that day. The platform has the right to do what it wants. They banned me, told me I broke the rules considering the abuse of minors without any details and stopped to communicate. OK. Zero tolerance and immediate ban after any mention of minors. But the platform's right is to restore my account as well if they consider it was a beginner's mistake and it definitely will not be repeated.

Thank you to everyone who understood what was going on and supported me. Thank you also to everyone who tried to explain to me how to behave on cb chat. Although no one told me anything I didn't know or follow. All I did is I did want to express "My experience with masturbation is more than XY years long" and instead of it I wrote "I've been masturbating since I was ZX years old." According zero tolerance policy I was immediately banned and I agree with it. If anyone has any idea how to get the ban to not be permanent because my violation of the Chaturbate Terms was a mistake and not intentional, let me know.
