Ban Hammer

Hi all,

I've been on MFC for over aonth now and I'm having a lot of fun. I've made a lot of friends and created a lot of great memories.
I've just been informed by a fellow model that her account has been banned and that a number of MFC model accounts and member accounts, are due to be banned and removed from MFC by the 17/11/2015, as per a communication she's received from MFC admin.

Anyone else heard about this? Should I be scared?

To me, it sounds kinda odd that MFC would plan out a bunch of bans ahead of time and not tell the models affected, but admin would tell another model that this is upcoming. But who knows ...

Edit to add: In the four years I have been on MFC, I have heard three times that all models below X camscore will be removed by X date. And it never happened.

I have see some score like 100 and they are not banned. you should be safe.

She's lying to you. MFC doesn't schedule bannings. If you're in trouble they're going to ban you as soon as they decide you're in trouble. She's either lying to you or being lied to by someone claiming to be admin.

Never heard if any culling on MFC. And if there was, it certainly wont be affecting models with over 2000 camscore, like you!

Purges are rare, but not unheard of. There have been culls of models in the past. Unusual for a model to be told that other girls were being removed though.

If you recall October 31st 2011... around 85% of all the Philippines girls were removed with only about 4 days prior notice back then... all those under a 600 camscore at the time were booted.

Also, following the MilaMilanXXX episode in March 2013, MFC had a knee jerk reaction and kicked out nearly all the Thai girls (only a handful survived) ... with no prior warnings as far as I remember.

Yeah, I forgot about that. Lost a favourite model after the Thais were all booted

But as you said that came out of nowhere. I doubt a real admin would tell other models of something upcoming. I guess we will know in a few weeks

Well there were specific reasons for those "culls." I joined MFC just after it happened but as I understand it there were issues with models in the Philippines possibly being underage and MFC having no choice but to ban.

Again, it seemed like MFC said "fuck it" and punished everyone. It's very doubtful that it would happen again and certainly not with an admin telling random models that it is coming. That does not seem likely at all to me.

Is your friend very sure she was actually talking to an MFC admin? Guys pretend to work for MFC to get free shit from models somewhat often.

She's not 100% sure why she's been banned but its happened twice in the space of a week. The person she's been talking to from "MFC" apparently told her that 800 models and over 1000 members are scheduled to be removed from the site by the 17/11/2015. That's all she's told me
I get the funny feeling her ban might have something to do with my chatroom fans banning her after she was in my room trying to raise money for breast cancer

@Nerd_nips, Your friend can check if the sender was a genuine MFC Admin. If your friend was sent an official MFC mail, it will have come from 1 of only 8 people who are named in the MFC wiki as being the official MFC Admins... http://wiki.myfreecams.com/wiki/Administrators#Who_are_the_real_Administrators_of_MyFreeCams.3F

Any people, other than those listed Admins, who are claiming to be from MFC are just scammers, liars and frauds.
