ATSPACE Hosting help

So, I just bought a domain. It is through ATSPACE. I have no fucking idea what I'm doing.

First off, I tried to use Wordpress to actually create a website. The website is up and running. The only issue is that I have no idea where to go to edit it. Also, do you have to know advanced HTML and stuff? Or is it pretty basic.

Second. I seem to have created an email address. How do you access it? Is it online or on something like Outlook?

I feel stupid asking these questions. Any help would be very much appreciated.
