anyone else can't log in?

Is there a glitch or a technical outage/ I was streaming normal today, I have no impending issues, no issues since 2014, i stream about every day and all of a suddent I couldn't stream and I was logged out. I tried resetting the password but even the temporary password was not accepted.

I have the same problem now also, it happened also a few days ago and I was able to log in 30 minutes later
I know they are facing huge technical issue in the last weeks

Yes I logged in then came back to stream, could not start the stream and found I was logged out. Tried to log in without success.

I suddenly can’t log into my account either. I was freaking out so I’m glad to know it could be back up shortly. Another girl I know says the same thing is going on with her account too.

when there is a contest/bonus, more than likely streamate is doing updates or trying to fix glitches, or trying to stress test. if the site acts glitchy or preventing you from streaming, don't fret. it'll hopefully be better once the contest is over. always report site breaking issues. if you are unable to login to fill out a contact form, email. support@streamate.com

you can also contact your model rep in your region. if you dont see your region listed, email liz. there is also a discord server you can join which has active sreamate reps.

I can now log in but cannot stream, I emailed Liz when I first encountered problems.

so I can log in now, I go through the verification process successfully, but it can't stream. It leaves you waiting trying to start the streaming process. Then it jsut stops and you have to click on start again but it never starts. I'll try again later.
