Let me guess: Google chrome, the latest version?
If yes, please, try to disable hardware acceleration (chrome://settings/?search=hardware); it may help.

I was having that same problem a few weeks ago, and posted about it on here. At the time I don't think anyone knew how to help me. But the problem went away when I started to use OBS for Stripchat.
