First and foremost, have fun. Second, check out all the bots and apps that are offered. I like playing Token Keno with my members. UltraBot is a fantastic, handy app (or bot, I can't remember which one). You can set up a tip menu that pops up in chat every now and then- also handy, because it seems like no one bothers to read bios. 
Don't be afraid of silencing/banning people, even if they have tipped. I had one guy who was just bringing the whole vibe of my room down. In retrospect, I should have banned him sooner. Live and learn. Take advantage of your newbie status! People love to come to a new model's room. Make sure to stand your ground on your room rules though, because some people will try to take advantage of you. And last but not least, HAVE FUN!! CB can be an awesome site.
