Another CB account banned

Hi @punker barbie could you please see if CB support can address why the accounts “phattpinktaco” and “notpinktaco” currently have their accounts banned.

Both owners opened support cases with no reason and response

the account "phattpinktaco" is correctly unbanned.

however the account "notpinktaco" is still banned. Is this correct ?
