A model I visit who is far from tech savvy just tried having a guy buy from her Amazon List (just some heels), he selected the registry address, but then he said it gave him the message "it cant deliver to registry address".

Is there a possible, most probable reason for this? Is it an easy fix or does she need to do anything? She is in the UK and it was only heels.
I have no experience using Amazon for gifts so I am very unsure what it could be.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions for this

If it's amazon.com and not the UK site it's just a seller that doesn't ship to her country. I always get guys to give me .ca cards because as a Canadian half the stuff on the .com site doesn't ship to Canada or has crazy import fees

Either she didn't use amazon.co.uk to create the registry or when she was creating the registry the default shipping address wasn't the address she's expecting to ship to.

Not sure about the UK, my users get this message if the carrier method is going to come from UPS or FedEx, and I have a PO Box as my shipping address. My post office doesn’t accept those deliveries even if I change it to the post offices physical address.

It also does not work with some third party sellers. Why? Not sure, it might be their posting method, or the registry owner has to approve that Amazon gives their address to the seller. I've seen both.

If you change to a PO Box at a UPS Store, or a FedEx ship location, then they will accept packages from anyone on your behalf.

That’s been my plan. Just haven’t made it to one yet. :shame: The rent contract on my PO Box just ended 2 weeks ago.

Also a UPS/FedEx box is more secure for OpSec, since PO boxes are govt. run and someone could technically get the registry information on them (they require your ID and rarely accept an alias, it's not as secure as a UPS box).
