I used to have ePassporte b4 they went out of business and I actually liked it. I was reading up on AlertPay but still had 1 question that I hoped one of you could clear up for me.

I'm assuming I will need a personal pro account when I get back into camming. Was curious if you receive your MFC payments via AlertPay and have a pro account.. do they take the 2.5% out of your MFC payment when it gets loaded? Or does that apply to other receiving methods?

Its been a while since I set mine up but lets see if I can help.

1. AlertPay is not a payment option for MFC
2. I dont believe AP is accepting anymore adult accounts as of right now.
3. As long as you are not setting up a shopping cart using alert pay buttons you should be fine to just set up a personal account to accept payment from cam sites but if you are wanting to use an alias you will need to set up a business account and use your alias as a business name.

Girls feel free to correct me if I am wrong on any of this, hope it helps.

I just started an AlertPay account, because PayPal didn't work for me. I don't know if it's any good yet, but it's kinda lame they don't do a "chip-in" type thing like P.P. does

I just started an AlertPay account, too, because CashX still isn't able to sort their stuff out, apparently.
I got an e-mail bei AlertPay that says:

Monthly receiving limit of $400*
cummulative lifetime receiving limit of $2000 *

Soo I guess I won't be able to use that account after all. I've made much more than $400 in my first month.
Sucks. I'm still trying to find a good payment method, one month after getting started on MFC. :angry2:

Its because you made a personal acct, you need to make a business acct. Be sure you do not list as a adult worker. When you sign up for the business acct tick off the box that says "sole proprietor" so you don't need to provide any business documentation. Voila you now have increased load limits :thumbleft:

I see.

But even if I choose "sole proprietor", they still want a "business industry" and a "business category".
They also want a work phone number and I'm sure as hell not giving them any private phone numbers.
So I guess that option doesn't work out for me either :(

I put web goods and services. Give them a fake phone number, they don't call it anyway and it doesn't show up on your profile. It really is super easy and non invasive.

It IS a payment option for MFC :)

I upgraded to a business account and it says,

Your unverified account has limitations

Total Deposit Remaining: €745.00 EUR
Total Withdrawal Remaining: €75.00 EUR

Does that mean I can only send 75 Euros from my Alertpay account to my bank account? Are you kidding me?!

To get verified I have to complete some difficult procedures which I'm not sure I really want to do.
I guess Alertpay just sucks.

I used MFC's normal bank wire transfer to get my money the middle of September, but outside of the US that only works if you've made more than $1000. I'd like to get money more often, though. Without having to wait until I've made $1000.
What other method could I use that's safe?
I don't know if CashX is working again..

Sorry I am a little confused. I signed up with Alert Pay. Which account option do I need in order to get paid by MFC? Thanks;)

i love alert pay. i at first found it a hassle to get verified but i called the customer service number and they were incredibly helpful. if you call and explain what you do and what you want to use it for they will help you get verified and tell you what you need. if you get paid through mfc with alert pay though you will lose a percentage, but i imagine for small amounts it works out to be less than the $15 mfc takes to send an international wire transfer. i always get paid by transfer but one period when i only worked a couple hours and was broke i used alert pay to get paid rather than wait for the next period for my $1000, and the money was in my account right away.

i think you can use any type of account to get paid by mfc, but make sure you get it verified. if you are going to give you alertpay info to your guys online (if they want to send you money for example outside of mfc) then use a business account so none of your real information will be available.

How does someone without an Alertpay (Payza) account send you money?

I don't think you can. A few of my regulars and people I had done skypes with back in the day via Paypal signed up for Alertpay accounts when I told them that was an option. But apparently now Alertpay isn't accepting US credit card payments or something? I haven't been using it much, just to occasionally get paid from MFC when I only go on for a couple hours in the period and haven't made enough for the wire.
