National ID and Other ID also got scanned but shows invalid upload.
Also this appears after doing all of it.
My other performer also uploaded all of it and it shows wait to be verified but also after a few mins it shows invalid upload.

2 performer account under my studio is having trouble age verifying. @ssophieee using National ID with support #(20244540) and jessiicccaaa with support # (20244565).
Is there any way to verify? if there isn't what should we do?

The first photo shows the error after my first performer is done taking the photo and selfie + id. user: ssophieee support #: 20244540 ID Type: National ID
The second photo shows the error after my second performer is done uploading the photo and selfie + id. user: jessiicccaaa support #: 20244565
Both use government ID not STUDENT.
