Hello @punker barbie ! Ive been having this issiue for a couple of days now. I got an email from CB saying my profile is verified but i still cant cam because of the message Im getting on my front page which says "The additional identification you submitted was not approved because its already verfied." If im already verified then why cant I cam or even click on my profile because this message in my front page is blocking me from everything. I cant seem to fix this issue with CB support. My CB username is this_is_lia . Please help me with this. Thank you!:h:

Support has confirmed that your account is age verified and can earn tokens through broadcasting. If you do receive another message please feel free to take a screenshot and send an email to the support staff so they can investigate further.

Hello @punker barbie I'm getting the email reply from CB support that my ID verification photo that I'm submitting is invalid. This is extremely important for me, and I apologize if replying here was wrong. My username is bbygrlmishkawolf. Please help me if you can.

Support has informed me that your account is now age verified and can earn tokens through broadcasting.

Hello @punker barbie I was in the middle of a broadcast last night, when the broadcast was terminated and I got a message from CB stating that all models appearing on camera needed to be age verified. My ability to receive tokens has been removed. This is a serious mistake, because I am the only person that appeared on the broadcast and it is my account, which has already been age verified. I'm concerned because this is the first pay period when I'm expecting payment (over 5,000 tokens cashed out that I worked very hard for) and now, not only can I not get new tokens but I can't even access the payment information for the tokens I've already cashed out. I'm relying on this income and would greatly appreciate your help.

My username is vidalocareturns. Please help me if you can.
