Yesterday I registered on the site and uploaded a photo of my passport, a face scan to verify my age. But my document is not confirmed. I photographed the passport page 11 times, in different lighting conditions, all the data was clearly visible, the photo was clear. Support told me to try again, but they refused again. There were 11 rejections. I only have a Russian internal passport to verify my identity, I don't understand what is the problem, please help me verify my age and start working on the site
