We (couple) try to verificate our account on chaturbate.

We get the message:

but we can't broadcast because our account has been banned due the age verification..

what can we do??

Im sorry to hear that there were issues with becoming verified on your account. After briefly speaking with a supervisor on shift I can confirm that the account is age verified and able to receive tokens through broadcasting.

I would like an explanation as to how this keeps happening. Horneycouple100000's situation is not unique at all it is constantly happening.

When I first signed up for chaturbate my age verification failed 3 times stated it was due to the fact they already accpeted it. But I was receiving emails saying I had failed to be verified. I had to email support 2 times before I was finally oked. They stated it was a glitch Same when we signed up my husband!!! Same issue! So frustrating!!!
