@punker barbie hi i dont have passport cuz i dont need it , i have the plastic id , and in the country i live the id has in front the picture of me and in the back my information, i spoke to support and they gave me solution, i did everything they said and i got denied , i'm 22 and my username is hrama

I've also had a problem with the age verification. I've tried almost ten times and support isn't helping whatsoever. Could you please help me. The username is cdchamp1. Thanks in advance

Support states that in order for the account to be verified another form of ID needs to be uploaded. If you contact them at support@chaturbate.com, they can provide more information about what type of IDs are acceptable and which aren't.

Once again, my age verification was canceled, and I re-submitted my ID, and once again it was denied with the message "The person you submitted ID for was already approved on this account. If you are replacing an existing ID with a newer ID, please let us know"
I'm the only person on the account. Why do they keep thinking somebody else is on there?
I'm losing money every time this happens.

I got this reply from Chaturbate support shortly after midnight:
"Please note your account joesolo910 had an unverified broadcaster appear on cam on 10/19/2020 who has not been age verified.
Unfortunately, once an independent broadcaster appears on cam who is not age verified, the only way to restore access to that account is to have the person on cam upload their IDs for age verification."
That is absolutely not true. I am the only person with access to this account, and I am the only person who has ever appeared on camera. All I was able to do was to re-submit my ID and photograph holding it, only for it to get denied again.

Hello, I had tried to verify my age and it keeps denying me, I put my ID and it says that I need a Passport, Put the passport and it says that it expired, can you help me?

But why is age verification denied and the reason is restricted region. Few years back models from same region can register without the restrictions.
What brings about the restrictions?

Hello, I seem to have lost access to my account, and the only way to get it back is to submit age verification. I submit the correct images and it kicks them back saying Reason: This person is already age verified on your account. If you are replacing an existing ID, please contact support. I have not submitted age verification previously and when contacting support over the issue says for me to resubmit the request using the email I registered the account with, and email which I lost access to awhile ago.

Since this is still a thread, I had the same problem. The ironic thing was... I was verified bad in 2018. Decided to get into modeling on CB and suddenly, I didn't have the ability to receive tokens. Looked into it and it said I needed to be verified despite me using the same ID. As it turned out, I mailed chaturbate support and apparently someone reported me on my first day as having another model in my room with me...... when in fact I was and always have been by myself. The got be straightened out though.

I noticed that often is rejected for different reasons
If you send twice your ID in different time you get different answers or you may get approved second time.
By the way make sure that you have this done:
Photo of your ID in HD so all details can be read easly
Photo of yourself (full face) and ID next to your face or under your face with all details easy to read
With good quality you get approved 90% in first 5 min

@punker barbie hello and thanks for reading please help me out on how to resolve this issue i have a model from venezuela working for my studio i have tried to create her an account (natalia_eas) and get her verified i uploaded the pictures of her id and her holding the id but chaturbate wont take them since is a Venezuelan id they want a passport she does not have one all she has is the venezuelan id (cedula) which is the official id issue by the venezuelan government what can i do to get her approved

We do not accept the type of ID submitted for the account natalia_eas. Please submit either a driver's license or passport for the broadcaster on this account.

@punker barbie Hello there! I have a different but related problem with age verification. I did the process and it was approved almost right away, but my account it's a couple one so I'm not sure which of the verifications, mine or my partner, was approved. I send support a message and they told me that my account was verified but that "if anyone else is going to perform on cam with you, they must also add age verification on your account".so I'm unsure which one was verified and I'm also afraid that if I go online with my partner, one of us may get the account banned on accident. I would love a bit of assistance on this one! Thanks for reading me out
