Hello, lovely ladies! TMI post for sure, but we're all adults here, and it's natural anyway--nothing to be ashamed of in my book.

I was just wondering... what do you do when it comes to camming during your period? Privates are out for me, because privates for me include masturbating with toys, and that's a no-go for me when I'm on my period (on top of it all, I think I'm out of tampons, ugh!).

I still played token keno while on my period when I was on cb. You don't have to make every prize involving penetration. I would do countdowns for naked oil shows then a countdown for a bath show or something. And for prizes I'd do things like dildo sucking, ice on nipples, spanks, dirty talk, dancing, song request, lotion on booty or boobies, video/photoset prizes.

Can I ask why your seem to be against penetration on your period?

Im not super familiar with CB but if I didnt want to do penetration I would probably do something like X amount of tokens til top off, X amount til bottoms off, X amount til panties and/or Bra off..... Then X amount for oil, then shower then maybe lotion. You can also do a beautiful agony show where you only show your face and masturbate off cam.

I personally have no issues with period penetration so I use makeup sponges, sea sponges or cut a tampon in half and just kinda shove it up there and go on about my business as if it were a normal day.

Seconding the makeup sponge idea! Make sure you change it every couple of hours so you don't get TSS, but you'll be able to penetrate yourself no problem (if you want to). Just a tip, the easiest way to get it out is to kind of lie on the floor and push like you're giving birth while grabbing it with your fingers, at least for me!

Makeup sponges are a go-to for escorts because penetration is still possible, but just a fair warning ...they can be very difficult to take out because they feel so realistic. I like using a menstrual cup. They hold 5x the amount of fluid as a tampon and you don't have a visible string, plus they can be reused for years so they're much more economical. There are tons of ways to work on your period; you just have to experiment and find what works for you! Or, as another user suggested, get creative with your prizes and use ones that don't involve toys.

I normally try to schedule my day off the my first 2 days, thats when I get to go home and have family bonding. then when I get back to work, used count down apps for stripping clothing one at a time. i never do penetrating shows, so I guess my regular guest understands that, and before I go on privates i tell pm my guest why i can and cannot do certain things.

Birth control does often cause girls to have their periods less often or completely stop, but taking it for that purpose could SERIOUSLY backfire on you. Usually before you stop having them completely, they'll just be irregular, or spotting. Then there are the cases like I'm currently in, where you won't have anything happen for months, and then have 3 shark weeks in a row.
As much as I wish taking birth control would actually do all of the positive things people say it do, it can cause a lot of problems. Eating a bunch of hormones every day is definitely not the best thing you can do for your body, and if it weren't for me having a medical condition and that being the only thing that's been suggested and actually helped, I would almost definitely have stopped taking them by now.

I use softcups and just use fairly small toys. On really light days I use sea sponges. (You can buy brands meant for menstruation.) You can sterilize them in the microwave or other ways.

Softcups have a steep learning curve and will need to be emptied like every hour or two on heavy days just in case so if they do lose seal it won't be a scene from the shining.

I don't trust makeup sponges. So many chemicals go into making them and are likely left behind since they aren't intended for internal use.

I bled for a minimum of 60 days straight after all 3 of the iuds I've had (over 90 with one) and estrogen containing pills cause constant sporadic bleeding with penetration for me. I agree it can backfire. Its a great option for some but not for all.

It's definitely a great option for some people. It was a perfect option for me until this incredibly long lasting, heavy bleeding started, making work a lot more difficult/uncomfortable, and whenever it gets close to time to get my next shot I get super hormonal.

I just see too many people who aren't educated about the potential side effects basically telling girls the solution to having periods and the only way to prevent getting pregnant is to have them take some form of birth control, but a bunch of extra hormones aren't always the solution unfortunately.

I use the flexcup. It sits up past my pubic bone next to the cervix. I just say I can't do penetration (although you can with one in) and offer more vanilla shows .

The suggestions given in this thread are good.

My 2 cents are that if you're comfortable with it, doing anal related countdowns are always a good alternative during shark week.
If you're OK with anal but not continuous penetration, consider a butt plug goal. A buttplug + vibrator cumshow is a solid combo - no vaginal penetration necessary!

I personally fold my tampon string into a ball and make sure it's deep enough to be out of sight, but not further in than the tampon is. This means I'm good with (fingering) penetration, just not super deep. Haven't had any complaints so far.

Some people do it but I'd advice against cutting any strings off unless you're willing to increase the risk of the tampon getting stuck. No camshow is worth getting an embarrassing emergency trip to the hospital
