Accused and Threatened with Banning. What do I do?

Hello!

This would be more for the models that have been around as long as I have or longer that are experiencing some seriously ridiculous issues with MFC admins.

Over the years, I've been givin' stupid warnings such as,
"Change your avatar. There's nudity in it and/or it needs to be real life not a cartoon"

to

"Do not broadcast porn".....and MFC is a porn site....I was masturbating to porn with my room -_-

But the kicker lately has been, "DO not engage in Underage Roleplay or talking about children in sexual situations."

In the almost 4 years I've worked on MFC-----------I have NEVER done this, and trying to get any additional info from the admins is a losing battle. They've given me TWO warnings within the past week about apparently doing this , and they're threatening to ban my account if it happens again.

Seriously at a loss for words here considering again, I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS and two, I'm expected at AVN this January, so curious as to how that would pan out if my account was banned under bullshit accusations.

Help here? Veteran Models any idea as to what I can do?

Be thankful you're not a Chaturbate model

Could be...

• Someone (a jaded member? A jealous model? A vindictive ex?) is sending false reports to MFC in an attempt to get you banned
• The MFC admins have you confused with someone else
• You're doing/saying something that you don't consider to be underage play, but MFC does

Are they just not responding to you when you ask? stating you've never done anything close to underage role play and ask for information on what you did so you can make sure you don't do it again could help. They are pretty good about responding usually, even if it takes a couple of prods.

Sometimes you get reported by people for whatever reason, as long as you dont break the rules and message mfc about your issue they will work with you. Even if they ban you it might be because their system flagged you, they are really nice to lift the ban later if you communicate with them (I have been banned by the system (not an admin) before for "spamming" was sending too many vid links to people that bought my stuff and they lifted the ban within 24 hours after explaining myself)

Someone reported you is the main reason. Not a veteran, just one year or so in, but I got a two-week ban on MFC when I didn't respond to a demand from a very jaded non tipper. I did however, break a rule, which I should've read them through before, but he would be in my room everyday looking for the smallest thing to report me on b/c he was mad I didn't want to free Skype with him. I had got a warning, and then just a two week ban. So your "enemy" probably has nothing on you so they're just coming up with the smallest things to say about you because it's easier to get people on underage stuff.

They can't get you b/c you would've been banned already. You'll be at AVN in a few weeks and they'll still be miserable. I would just write to the admins and let them know and they'll probably understand because they probably deal with stuff like this all the time.

This is a good point. So many times people come here complaining they got in trouble for no reason and I assume that many of them actually ARE breaking a rule but don't realize/consider it.

Your current avatar here could absolutely be construed as age play. If it's also your MFC avatar, that could be the reason for the ban. Typically anything "cutesy" like that falls under the age play category and can be a bannable offense. I would double check your pictures and wording just to be safe. Definitely message support and see if they'll give you a specific reason for you to correct.

As for the porn, filmed porn falls under certain copyright laws and can be a HUGE no no to broadcast. That could put MFC in legal trouble which would make sense why they would give you a warning for that. Even if it was broadcasted from Pornhub or some other tube site, that still falls under the same copyright laws. Copyright laws can carry MASSIVE fines or potential jail time (less likely) if you're caught and punished, just a word of warning.
