Hey! So, I have a streaming account on chaturbate, and so does my boyfriend. We are both on each others accounts as verified users. Over the weekend, we both were streaming, and we both got kicked from our stream. It turns out my ID had expired a few days before, and I didn’t realize. I guess since I’m a verified user on his account it suspended him from streaming as well but I’m not sure why as I streamed on my own account and not on his. He removed me as a user from his account and reuploaded his ID to show he is age verified. But his account is still suspended. We both sent an email to customer support this was on Saturday and now it’s Tuesday but we haven’t heard anything back from support. We were in separate rooms, I never showed up on his stream. It’s super frustrating as he made a lot of money for our family using this! I don’t know what to do to get his account removed from suspension or how in the world to get customer support to respond.
