Account suspended

We are a studio from Romania and we have 2 accounts suspended becouse some other models loged in on their accounts and start broadcasting by mistake . All the accounts are age verified
We have sent some emails already to support chat but we had no response.
The accounts in case are : jo_ane and Unicorn_Pinkye
Can you please help us regarding this situation?
