Hello Team! I got a verification notification on my screen.. as I am new here I didn't understand what happened so my friend who is already working here she was helping me to do that verification.

Now my account was terminated. Please help me to unblock. Whatever photo or proof you want I can provide you.

By mistake she was may be come in front of my camera.

I am new here so please consider me and ask me any documents to proof that make me register.

I already talked with support team but they just send me same message again and again. And it will auto reply.

Please note that camming with unregistered users is a perm ban, and failing to do our verifcations (or having someone else do the verification for you) are also perm bans.

Hello support team is not replying me. They just sending me auto reply. And here Stella just telling me that support decision is final.

Without any reason they banned my account. My account was genuine and real. I verified with my passport and my original face. I am ready to give verification again. But they are not helping me at all. Even I didn't go live a single day because of my network issue.

But it’s not “without any reason.” Stella told you the reason in her above post. You shouldn’t have had your friend appear on camera. Even if you weren’t actually working yet. You still had her appear on your webcam.

Their decision is final. So all you can do now is apply on other cam sites, and to avoid this happening again…don’t ever do any live broadcasting or on-cam verification while you have a second person in the room with you.

In fact, any time you go live on cam, make sure you’re in a room by yourself with the door closed and locked (unless you live alone and never have to worry about anyone barging in). Maybe even put one of those doorknob hangers on the door with a message saying “Do not disturb. I am working.” I think you can get a pack of blank foam doorknob hangers from dollar stores, Walmart, Target, Office Depot, Staples, etc.
