Cb will only reply to the verified email address for that account. Unless that is the email address you used when you got verified then you will not get a reply to it

I believe they had responded to the wrong email because I still have not heard anything back other then they would contact me soon and my account is still locked + I also never received my tokens I cashed out either

You can check if the address is correct.Log out of your Chaturbate account to the login page, click "forgot password" and enter your email address. (No need to change password) Wait a few minutes and you should receive an SMS to change your password. If you see your name with a password recovery link, then your email address is correct. If you do not receive the letter, it means that you used a different address.
Maybe I explained it in a confusing way, but when you start doing it, you will understand from the hints.

I am saying that the requests I put in at that date were for a different email I have no access too I’m being told they have responded but the email that is associated with my account has no messages and I’ve also made a new request with the email on account and still nothing a week later

Ok, so you know what address is associated with the account and you have access to it.
Try checking your trash and spam folder. Perhaps the letter seemed like it was automated or something like that.
The date is November 15, 2024, judging by the answer.

I’ve been refreshing every 30 minutes of every hour since last week when I got suspended waiting for my account to be reactivated since it was a mistake and both accounts were verified I don’t have any email from chaturbate other then them saying they Will be getting back to me

Yes she was suspended because I had forgot to add guest then when I tried to go live with her I tried adding guest it didn’t work then an hour after we were live I got suspended

It probably didn't work because her account was blocked and you were trying to add a guest who was blocked. And you basically went live with someone whose identity wasn't verified. In your account at the time of broadcast.
