So this morning I got an email from CB that a new device had logged into my account. I noticed that it wasn't me. So I proceeded lock my account. Now I am trying to get it unlocked. I contacted support and they replied asking for verification that I am who I am and I replied with the info they asked for. The support ticket is #22654390. I may just be being impatient but I would really like to get access to my account again and any help would be appreciated.
