Hi I'm sorry for my bad English...but I have a problem... from 2 days I can't log in in my account...my username is bodyguard128 on chaturbate... and I can't log in...I'm sure about my I'd and Psw but the server say that was not correct... I tried the recovery password button but no email was back in my mail box... I have sended a lot of mail to the chaturbate support but the not answer me too... the day of my last log in in purchased 500 tokens and I was tipped 10 or 20 tokens max...then I close the account and from yesterday I can't log in. So please how I can do?

I not used token generator...never.... I have ever respected the term and conditions.... I have the payment movement on my card.... so I think someone hacked my account.... and the support of CB doesn't still reply my few emails

Chaturbate has straighten their login process for user accounts with a secondary security layer which consists in "proving" a validation for login via 6 digit numeric code -- message sent to your phone . This makes the hacking attempt more difficult.
I didn't imply that you have used a fake (phishing method) token generator but why didn't you used the second verification method provided by Chaturbate... its a pretty good security measure which keeps you account safe (or more safer). In the case of your account being hacked the only action for you to take is to keep contacting them.
Tips to make it harder for hackers to "guess" your login credentials:
- do not use a simple, easy to guess password
Its simple to guess your username because it is displayed on your page so the password should not be similar with your username.
For example if your username is BlueButterfly your password should not be bluebutterfly01, bluebutterflypass, loginbluebutterfly... avoid this mistake.
My suggestion is to use an alphanumeric (hard to guess, even when using brute-force attacks on login function) password like Y5g3h(wRtt2uzU5t ... yes it looks ugly but its much safer and hard to guess.
- avoid saving your passwords via browser option
Believe it or not but there are browser based software (programs, scripts) which can read/save/modify and upload cookies (or pieces of codes/scripts)... If I am a hacker and have access to the same network as you I can read/access your browser cookies and find out all your saved passwords GreaseMonkey does a good job . (an undocumented example)
- avoid saving passwords on mobile phones (iPhones, smartphones, tablets)
There are so many apps which are considered "safe for install and use" and maybe their purpose is not malicious but all apps run from serverside (cloud, websites, basically online environment) and can be targeted by hackers. Being precocious and a bit paranoiac is not a bad thing if it doesn't pushed to extreme.
- avoid giving your login credentials to friends, co-workers , collaborators.
Maybe they don't intend to do harm but if their own device is compromised, you will be too.

I know I don't have the best knowledge and experience in online security measures but some of this steps are simple and logic.

What really helps with passwords online, I've found, is using a password vault/manager. I use lastpass, and it's one of the best ones I've used. It allows you to choose to generate truly randomized passwords of any length-I recommend always trying to make them at least 12 characters long-and using special characters, numbers, etc. It takes the pain out of having a different password to every site.

I had to write up a whole password and safety policy for my day job company because of Wannacry :D

I'm old. I use paper and pencil to save all my passwords and logins. I have so many, it's hard to remember them all. Also there I'm able to better keep track on changing random passwords.

You could email the site you work for. Letting them you cannot log onto your profile. Have you tried that?
