Account disabled

We created an account a few days ago and began filling out the profile information. The next day we received an “Your account is disabled” error when trying to log on. We have not streamed on the site yet. The support chat times out after like 30 minutes to an hour of waiting and I opened a ticket three days ago (1810022) and have not received a response. Username is katandsam.
