Account Disabled As Soon As My Friend

So my friend is going to start camming with me so we got her Stripchat profile set up and we are making the tip menu for our stream and she tried to login and it said that her password was wrong. so we did the reset password and its still not letting her reset it. its just going to the man page logged in as her and she still has the ability to broadcast but her password doesn't work and when I search her on Stripchat it says that the account is disabled
