Account blocked on CB - Urgent help needed!

Hello everyone,

I have a serious problem and I hope that someone of you, especially @punker barbie , can help me. Recently, my CB account was blocked without any warning or clear explanation, and I feel completely lost. I checked the platform rules and I am convinced that I did not violate any policy, but still I ended up in this situation. I left an email to the support, but no luck.
I understand that such decisions can arise from mistakes or misinterpretations, but I did not receive any notification that would help me understand what happened or deal with it to solve the problem.
@punker barbie , I know that you have knowledge and experience in such situations and I thought I would ask for your help here, because I am sure that I can give me some advice or at least a clear direction. If you have any suggestions, please guide me to recover my account.
It is very important for me to resolve this situation as soon as possible.

I am back here writing in search for help...from my last post to this one nothing really changed....

My account was banned and, after a week of mails, i got the reply with the reason: "reason to believe I have/helped someone use altered documents".

From the very beginning I want to state that I did not do such thing. I only had one account with one ID on it, mine! I tried responding to them and begging to look back or reach somehow back to me; I tried explaining that it cannot be, I can provide any type of documentation birth certificate, driver licence, any! It s impossible the documentation to be altered!

But as I am here writing the support never reached out again, that was their very first message and at the same time the last response that I got. I tried giving after 4 other mails but no response and before telling that u should not send more than one yep ik.....but it s been 2 weeks.....

Someone over here guided me into getting at this point some legal advice because It is a clear violation of the law and I could win in court but tbh I dont know how that goes and never did that and I just want my ability to stream again....at this point I am ready to give up on my account and open a new one just so i could stream again.

What shall I do now? Where should I head?? Where can i get some guidance and how can I reach the support??

I'm sorry, but you have been misinformed. What "law" has been violated, and how would you win in any court after already agreeing to their TOS?

Good Evening!

I am writing again in search of some help. From my last post ( https://www.ambercutie.com/forums/threads/account-banned-need-help.54214/#post-1248902 ) I received new information about my ban from some of my former studio colleagues.

Context, 2 months before my ban I was working with a studio. I decided to leave and go on my own from home. Today one of my former colleagues contacted me, one with I had little to no contact, and after a little while I figured out what happened.

Short long story she wanted to leave and got threatened that whe will have the same faith as me.

Conclusion, my former studio is behind my ban and I dont know what to do!!!!

Support aint answering me no more and I cannot do nothing....

Can someone help me??
