Hello @punker barbie, I’m reaching out to kindly ask for your help with unlocking my account. My username was "firefox_". The account was blocked when I tried to upload new documents after changing my citizenship. After that, it was deactivated with the claim that the documents were not mine — but that’s not true. I simply changed my citizenship.

Now, every time I try to create a new account, it gets blocked immediately. Today I attempted to register a new account under the username "spicysophi", and it was also instantly blocked during document review.

Please help me resolve this issue. I’ve brought a good amount of earnings to the platform, and I really hope this can be fixed. I’m confident this was just a misunderstanding regarding the documents, and I can absolutely confirm their legitimacy.

Thank you @punker barbie ! The response was received on the date you mentioned, but unfortunately the issue with my account has not been resolved. I’d like to kindly ask if it’s possible to have my case reviewed individually, as I believe there was an error in how my documents were assessed.

The account was originally registered by multiple people, and later one of them changed their citizenship. When new documents were uploaded, support considered them invalid and the account was banned. I’m confident this was a misunderstanding and a mistake, and I would truly appreciate the chance to clarify the situation.

Support confirmed they previously provided you with a detailed response. Unfortunately, support is unable to assist further.
