You were suspended pending review. The Chaturbate Terms are very clear that all independent broadcasters must be clearly consenting at all times during the broadcast, including during role play. Given that your account does not indicate any prior violations of this nature, rather than banning the individuals involved, each individual was suspended from the Chaturbate platform for 2 weeks as a first and final warning against this conduct. Just export your chat history at https://en.chaturbate.com/security/privacy/data_export/ and look over some of the things you wrote, when I read "consenting non-consent" in my mind you said something that indicates that she was roleplaying something where she was forced to do something against her will.

No idea but 2 week suspension is a strong indicator that next time a perm ban is coming so be careful.

No they definitely still consider what you did breaking the rules. My guess is consent at the beginning isn't enough for them they don't want there ever to the the illusion of non consent on their site even if only a small clip of that show is seen.
