Account banned

Had a notification my ID was expiring so uploaded a new one. Day after my account was banned.

"We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service."

I don't think I broadcasted between the upload and ban. I've messaged support but had no response.

Account is wooyay.

Cb seems to have resolved this themselves and I can now log in. No communication from support though.

It happens to everyone who uploads a new ID when prompted about expiry. Glad it's fixed. Happy camming!

Annoying but OK. The old one had at least a month left on it.

However now I can't tip. :-(

I get the "Unable to send tip. Please contact support" message.

I sent in a ticket sometime last week and it took almost 6 days to get a response. I know it's difficult but be patient and don't create any new accounts while waiting. Those will be affected as well.
