If it's a bigger thing, it can take time, sadly.. if it's due to a bad reason the account go shut down, as far as I have understood, they shut down the communication.. but yes hopefully @punker barbie can clarify it a little bit

Hello, the bad thing is no response and not having an answer to the problem. The models ask for payment and that is very stressful
