Hello, yesterday i got my account suspended...

Reason: Model is not the same as on Face/ID - Un-Reg on camera

Im broadcasting only with my husband! Not have other person on camera,

I already sent the documents from both (me and my husband)

Anyone got this same problem? My username is same from here on forum...

Weird, the username is correct, i have worked with this username, just confirmed now on welcome email from stripchat, btw i sent you one email now (same email registered on stripchat) to you, can you please check it...

I earned around 800 tokens before get this ban, what i've said, i not streamed with other person, only with my husband

As a user I definitely don't see an account with the name "hotcouplebrr" - it shows me an error 404, which means does not exist. If the account was there and deleted or suspended, it would say so.
I do see an account which streamed 2 years ago with just 1 "r" at the end, so with the name "hotcouplebr" (is that one you?)

I think it's the correct section since he mentioned "stripchat" in his second post.
