Account banned with no explanation

Hello @punker barbie , would really appreciate any help.

Was banned while being in private. As far as i know, i didnt break any rules. Been a webcam model for many years and i know site rules. Never been banned before.
Also I didnt get payed. I have transfered tokens into USD, tokens have left my account, but i got banned right before pay pariod ended and still didnt receive any payment
Please help me. Cb has not responded for days.

I have replied, but no answer.
Nothing else. Also no reply about my missing payment.
