Account banned since Wednesday @punker barbie

Hello,

Someone suggested to me that I write on this forum because I have my account banned since Wednesday and no one explained to me what happened yet.

I believe that it's some kind of automatic ban, related to having a room open in anonymous window (I often peek and then forget the window open) because yesterday it happened again with my second account and that's the only thing I did the whole night.

My banned accounts are "noiett" and "oops91" and I have no ticket numbers (just generic auto-responses).

Any feedback or help will be highly appreciated.
