Account banned, please help

Hi, i was broadcasting and some registered member started private show with me, when in private he told me he has birthday and that he is 15 years old, i thought he was joking but right after this my account was banned!
I have contacted to support but they havent replied yet, and i am worried that payout day will pass before i get support and i really needed that money.

I dont understand why i am banned because someone in my private show says that he is 15 years old, how could chaturbate let him register an account if he was underage, and how i could have checked his age?

Now im more confused, i got answer from support telling me i have permanent ban, and all because there was this guy who was playing this "role play" in few rooms, and i have been participating on it.
Maybe i have said i dont mind to him or something like this because it seemed like he was joking about being just 15, all i saw was that he is a paying customer and purchased tokens on chaturbate and was taking me in private show, i need every dollar i can earn so i was too confused to refuse or kick him out.

Yes they responded, but this permanent ban really seems unfair from this, i couldnt understand that i violate the terms and get banned if some paying member wants to role play as 15 year old boy, when it is allowed to use tag #schoolgirl and play role of young girl, this really confused me, he was registered and had tokens so it was obvious that he is not really a minor.

I think you're not understanding that this is Chaturbate's business. They set their rules how they want to. You agreed to their rules when signing up to their site. Their rules don't have to be fair, or even make sense... but you did agree to abide by them when signing up. So although I agree with how you are feeling, it really doesn't matter to them.

Ofcourse i understand that this is chaturbate's business and they set their rules how they want to, i just gave an example of their double standards in their rules.

It's happened to me and though they made me wait nine days to be unbanned they also paid me what they thought I would have earned during that period because it wasn't my mistake and I was collateral damage.

I understated the measure the problem is their support system is inefficient and slow and causes to much stress and uncertainty.
I really hope they will undo the bans because I got my friend banned with a stupid conversation that got flagged and I know of at least 4 other accounts that got banned because of this.
I really don't care about my account I care more about the people that got hurt by it.

I was flagged for talking about my cousin and and a situation from my real life.
Flagging someone because they said they are a minor is completely justified measure.
But just banning automatically multiple accounts with no easy way for review of false positive is problematic.
And the even more problematic part is that they block you completely from the site so you can't even access the chat log to prove anything in your favor.
So right now even if I say my conversation was completely innocent I can't prove it to anyone.

This was just my point, thank you for seeing it.
When those things seems to be allowed, it was difficult for me to react and make a quick decision what to do with a clearly adult guy who is saying that he has 15'th birthday when it was clearly just his fantasy to think that he is 15.
I dont like that kind of fantasy or role play, its not what kind of games i would like to play, but when trying to make money and earn my living its not always about what i like to do, it is about what customers like and are paying for, and i dont have anything against the fact that chaturbate bans this guy for that kind of behaviour, but for me it seems unfair that they also ban me, permanently.

Maybe i wasnt clear on what i say, ofcourse i understand that flagging any suspicious talk or act is okay, even temporary ban is ok sometimes.
But on those cases support should work fast, and use fair justice, not just randomly decide who gets a warning and who has permanent ban.
Permanent ban is ok in serious violation, like broadcasting under someone else identity or fake documents, or intentionaly showing minors on camera,
there are many serious violations of rules where permanent ban is ok.
But from simple mistake or slow reaction on something that doesnt hurt anyone, few days ban until case is inspected would be enough.
I am not sure if there is anyone who remembers every written chaturbate rules when conversation on chat is going on fast and many peoples in room.

Seems like chaturbate will not change their mind on my case and use fair justice, no matter what i say, i feel sad about it because i really liked working on chaturbate, and i tried my best to avoid same mistakes that many other has done violating the rules, i tried to be a good and honest performer but this was something i didnt expect happening.

Chaturbate has no way of knowing if that was roleplay talk or if the guy was actually 15. So, they have to assume the latter to protect themselves, because if the person really was 15 and a model was performing a sexual show for them, that’s an actual sex crime. Knowingly interacting in a sexual manner with a minor on the internet is something that people go to jail for a very long time over (and rightfully so).

If this person was 15 and their parents found out about this, Chaturbate and the model could potentially face serious legal repercussions.
