Our account got banned last week Sunday 14/7/2024, we reached out via CB support to clarify why on the Sunday last week (we still don't know why we were banned) at the time when we we're banned we had 7552 tokens ($377) in our account for the pay period between 1/07/2024 - 15/07/2024.
We have not yet been contacted by CB support regarding the ban since we sent a support ticket last Sunday 14/07/2024.
More importantly, we have still not received our payment for the aforementioned pay period.
Can someone give us a hand with this? We really need that money for our rent as we are currently abroad staying in a hotel and we are due to pay our rent next week Monday 22/07/2024 otherwise we will be homeless whilst we are still waiting for CB to send us an update. Thank you
