Account banned for no reason I believe

I was told to upgrade my age verification,and so I did with my ID card which I used to sign in with,when I tried to upload the pictures of my ID I was told the ID is not supported,that I should use passport which for now I don't have.
Bt later tried to log in to my account and I found out it is banned and I really don't know the reason since I've never done anything wrong,am always careful.

I would guess that since you failed to verify yourself ( by not having the requested passport) you've been banned from broadcasting until you can provide such ID verification. This is just a guess, but since it may be a while before the CB rep here can reply, figured I'd share that thought. It kinda makes sense.
