Yes, correct. A 7 day suspension means that after 7 calendar days you will be able to access your account and broadcast like normal again.

What clock is that on, though? Is it lifted one minute and 7 days after the ban was instated or is it lifted at midnight 7 days later? (Hope this makes sense.)

My user account was unbanned to the minute, so it was banned in the evening and unbanned the next day in the evening after 24hrs.
