account banned cb support help

Hello punker barbie, my account has been banned since last Saturday and i have not heard back from support after i sent email i followed on link when i was banned. i have a friend from site that referred me here and said you were able to help him resolve his ban. my username is yanas_gentleman. i also opened a new account after this was banned named yanas_gentleman2 that was also banned same day. i used same email on both and as soon as i bought tokens on new account with same card i had on file with original username it was banned. i have since learned through this forum that i should not have created new account. can you help me please. TIA

I had the same problem. It asked me to verify my age and ID, after verifying my ID and age, the problem was solved. If you haven't verified your ID and age, they will likely ask you to do so.
