I'm getting an error message when trying to sign in to my premium account, this is the third day of the problem.
"We were unable to authenticate your account. Contact us for assistance. Sorry for the inconvenience."
It would be nice if the message gave a little more information, if my account is banned/suspended/frozen for security, whatever the case may be.
The only thing out of the ordinary that may coincide is I made a basic account the night before the problem started and was being whimsical - I asked a model if she did macrophilia, which she instantly banned me for
To be fair macophilia does sound a little sinister but it just means pretending to be a giantess
So I'm not sure if the problem was having another account on the same IP or the model reported me
I've emailed them twice with messages along the lines oh "hello, I'm unable to sign in to my premium account, getting this error message *message* could you help me with this issue please?"
No reply as of yet
I asked a model to ask for me last night, was hoping her asking might of prompted them to do something by this morning but no such luck.
As someone who has spent a fair amount of money on the site over the years, it's disappointing their customer service is so slow. I'm also starting to get concerned that I'm just banned and they can't be bothered to reply to me; hopefully that's not the case.
I will wait a couple of days and if I still have no response after two emails from myself and one from a model, I will be concerned
ps. I realise there are already a number of threads like this one, but none seem to have given any real updates after their initial post, so I will detail how long it took to get resolved and the reason they gave for blocking my account (assuming they give one and assuming they reinstate it) to help others with a similar problem if they find this thread via search
