Account banned and I did not break any rule, support not responding to my requests

@punker barbie, Hello, my username is sexyblackg, I want not online for a few days then when I got back online I got banned and I don't know why, then a few days later I realized that one of my friends whom I used to stay with got jealous and stole my id and opened a new account and used her face to ban my account because she is banned, she scanned my id and then put her face, so the system detected her face and my Information so I guess my account got banned. I have been trying to contact support to no avail. Kindly assist me

They don't live with you but managed to just steal your ID? And that's all they took? And how did you "realize" this?

As I stated, I used to live with her and we had a big fight, when I was leaving the place I realized my id is not in my bag. So before I got back online it passed a few days before I settled down that's when I got online and got banned. Am sure once support investigates and checks the new account which was opened am sure they will see a face which does not march my id

All am asking is for an investigation to be done, atlist to know why I was banned and I was not online for some days then suddenly I got banned and found out a new account with the name blackbeautygift was opened and I did not open it. I am begging please help me

This is identity theft and so it is a matter for the police. I doubt Chaturbate will do anything unless you can show them that you have involved the proper authorities.

They are all facts and support just got back to me saying the same thing, they investigated and realized am right ,now my account is not banned anymore. Am so happy
