Account banned after age verification

Hey! @punker barbie My CB username: justhorny15

My account got banned after I submitted my new ID to verify my age. This happened roughly a week and a half ago.
It seems like I'm not alone! It says I have violated terms of service which I don't believe is true! I've always followed the rules.
I've been a CB model since 2015, with little to no issues! A very long time.
I'm getting an automated response from CB support, no assistance with the matter.

Can you please help me? @punker barbie I'm devastated by this and feel like there has to be some sort of mistake...
