account banned after age verification

good day @punker barbie . It's been a month since my account was banned for no reason. I went through age verification. took a photo of her passport, then underwent biometrics. after which I received a notification that the passport photo was blurry and then repeated everything again. after i got my account banned. I did not violate the rules of chaturbate and I think that the account was banned for no reason.

dear @punker barbie I ask you for help. support does not contact me and does not answer my mail.
