Accound banned !!! please help!!!

Today I was streaming, everything was as usual, I didn't even go to private and didn't do any action, I just sat and talked to a member I've known for a long time. And a member also came to me who started writing that he was 17 years old, I replied that you are small and you don't need to be here, I left the stream and came back in 5 minutes, but my account was banned.
"We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service." Its what they wrote to me. I really didnt break any rule, because yesterday i were streaming too long time and everything was okay. I wrote to support for ask why i were banned and how can i unban my acc.
Can u help me please unban my acc, and how to understand i banned for lifetime or its for some time, and why?

yes! mosi sites have "zero tolerance" = not only not talking about minors but also active reacting if somebody other do.

That might be exactly what you did that was wrong. You continued to engage with the person… instead of immediately banning and reporting them.

yes, now i see, what even dont talk about it. im agree what i did mistake, I shouldn't have written to him that he doesn't belong here, but just ignore him. But I wonder why the site doesn't check who he lets in and doesn't block members for such antics? its really weird, why models always bad but not members

Myself, along with just about every other broadcaster that I've come across, agrees with you on this point. The broadcasting models should NOT be punished for the wrongdoings of other platform users.
