Accidental Token Purchase - 4050 instead of 100

HELP!

I went to purchase 100 tokens and something went wrong, so I went back and tried again and somehow purchased 4050 instead of 100. I tried calling the support line but there are no agents available. I feel like a fucking idiot and can't afford that many...

Can someone help with a refund? Am I likely to get one?

That sucks that there isn't some sort of pop-up message to say something along the lines of "You are purchasing X tokens for X dollars. Do you wish to proceed with this purchase?"
