Thank you for your help so so much, @punker barbie! My helper (Username fynnrawr) verified her ID, but my account is still suspended, and we just want to fix the situation as fast as possible. I cannot access guest account linking right now, so I don't know, what to do next. I have e-mailed support again, 20 minutes after their answer, but I am so nervous it could take weeks or months (I've read such cases) for them to see my letter, as I understand that they have a lot of letters every day to look through... I would be so grateful, if they can see letter with your help again, I hope it's not too much! Sorry in advance, we are just in a situation where it's impossible to find a sustainable job. We are very sorry this mistake even happened...
