The model, of course, can ban any user who sent her tips with a comment (even if it was done anonymously).

I knight for a top 100 model, and she gets a lot of spam (and some abusive posts) via tip note. She is often busy performing when this happens, and stopping to ban a spammer or abuser is cumbersome. It would be extremely helpful if knights had the ability to mute tip note abusers, just as they can for those who post in public chat without tips.

Can you guys please do the same with the "mute" popup as you did with the "send tip" bit?
I mean, can you make it appear only in the chat bit and not the whole screen? Or, since it's so easy to UNMUTE, you don't even need a "Are you sure you want to mute this user?" popup. If you do it accidentally, then you can easily undo it, or the model or another knight can.

I completely agree. The "Are you sure..." popup is an unnecessary and complicating redundancy, given the ease of reversing a mistaken mute.

Second that. The bronze users and their spammy tip notes with questionable links are pretty annoying. It's a bit aggravating to not be able to do anything about it when the model is busy doing something else, and they seem to know exactly when to spam. And also, since the spammers buy tokens to spam at 10 tk a pop, there is obviously a monetary gain in posting the links.

That SC is profiting (via token purchases) from the spam is another discussion though, but not so easy to solve.

I, too, was given pause since tokens were involved. Fortunately, because StripChat has decided that the token wielding offenders can be sanctioned by the model, allowing knights to mute would seem a reasonable request.

There is also quite a few users who buy ultimate membership to spam other users inboxes directly. Either the spamming user's profile direct you to various escort services or they promote "models" that are actually users with links to escort services in their profile.

Reporting them to support will remove them in short notice, but StripChat life is often really noisy when you don't mask your league and level

Granted, it assumes the user is truthful. I understand it may be fallacious.

It might also be interesting to note over time which of my model's frequent visitors change their country, for whatever reason.

I continue to argue that this pop up is needlessly redundant, given the affirmative action required to actuate the mute, and the ease with which a mute may be reversed if necessary.

In a related matter, those muted are immediately notified of such. May I suggest that the wrongly muted also be notified when a mute has been revoked?

Agree.

To cancel, you can click on the "X" at upper right (which I think has always been there), so the cancel button was also a redundancy. And if the pop-up does give one pause before muting, then depending upon the browser settings and the platform/OS in use, the darkened screen and mute box may obscure the very text that bought about the potential mute action. This, in-turn, makes quick re-examination of the text difficult.

I don't know why developers at Strip like to pop things up over the main screen and darken it like that so much.

I bothered them forever about the tip box doing the same and they finally changed that. So there is hope. ; )

The recent tip box changes are very much an improvement, and StripChat should be commended for that, as should you for your persistence.

I have to keep reminding myself that my view of StripChat is a relatively narrow one. My overriding concern is knighting for my model, keeping the room welcoming, convivial and orderly. My focus is completely on making those tasks easier. Of course, StripChat is a complex website, and those making changes to the endless lines of code that keep the site operating certainly generally have much higher priorities day-to-day than dealing with suggestions like mine. I remain hopeful over time that my relatively myopic concerns will eventually come to the attention of the development team in some fashion.

I'm thankful this community is here and that it serves as one possible avenue for suggested changes of all kinds to be given due consideration by StripChat.

1) When you're in a Group Show, can it be made so comments are only shown to those in the group show, or have a way for each member to have some options?
Option A) EVERYONE can see your comments, including those NOT in the group.
Option B) ONLY those IN the group show can see your comments
Option C) ONLY the MODEL can see your comments while in the group show


2) Maybe this already exists/happens but for in case it isn't. Now you have the ban forever option can there be a way for it to display if you have been banned for 30 days (or just say 'banned') or it can say "banned forever"?

Do you want everyone's messages to only be visible to the model (i.e. not to each other in the group)?

Exactly, I literally would only want my comment in the group show to show for the MODEL and NO ONE else if I had Option C selected. I don't feel comfortable having naughty/dirty talking but it's ok a little bit with the model, but I don't want or like other people to be reading it, just like I don't particularly want to be reading theirs either. So if more people opted for Option C also, it would be great and better.

I can't think of anything less appealing than paying extra to be in a show with a model to then find I have no idea what she is talking about, or why she is behaving in a certain way, because I can't see the relevant conversations / interactions

Hey all

Please note, Group/Ticket Shows are designed for group participation hence your comments will be available to the whole group. Should you wish to have a more intimate conversation with the model, please proceed to Private Shows.

In saying that, your comments and feedback are always welcome therefore I will still pass it on to the relevant team for consideration

I just want to say thank you to you guys for modifying the text area for us on the Pop-Out Chat Messages. I see that now it goes to about 8 lines, and has a scrollbar. This makes a huge difference so thanks a lot.
I noticed you could use "shift+enter" to add line breaks, and it works in the text area, but as soon as you send the message, the line breaks are removed. Could it be made so line breaks show in the message too? That could be very beneficial.

Happy to see you are pleased with this update - we have been working on it for some time as many have requested it.

Regarding the ‘shift’enter’ issue, I will pass this on to the Development team to see if we can make the minor adjustments as per your comments.

I was wondering if there could be a way for a USER to see how many tokens they have tipped specific models when they go to the model's room.

I am new to this forum. Just saying

Anyway, that would be a great thing to have for serial tippers like me. I don't think it would happen though, this is not a dig at all, but I am pretty sure SC would prefer you NOT to see what you have spent at a glance, as it would probably put you off tipping as much once you see how much you have spent. SC want you to TIP TIP TIP, just like the models do. It wouldn't make sense from a "business perspective".

At least with some models you can see the top tippers for the month and day.

I realise that "Guy Models" on SC are predominantly for other guys (read:gay/bi etc), but is it possible for SC to introduce a Knight and King equivalent for "straight guy" rooms/models? Which would be a Princess and Queen.

Probably not viable to make this a priority update, as the market for this would be VERY tiny as we speak. But hey, it could be the start of a revolution if SC embraced "Cam Guys for Girls" to watch and tip. Something else to separate SC from the rest.
